Crazy man

A guy calls to police: " I saw a crazy man running out of the mental hospital ! "
The police officer asks: " Can you describe him ? "
" Ah yes ! He's 40, bald, tall , has tousled hair. "-That guy says.
"Wait ! You said that he is bald right ?" -The police officer asks again.
"Of course." - He says.
" But why did you also say he has tousled hair ??" - The police officer surprises.
That guy shouts: " BECAUSE HE IS A CRAZY MAN ! "
